Seminars, Training and Learning Activities

General Terms and Conditions for Events that we organise periodically:
  • The event fee covers all documentation, which will be provided on registration, refreshments and GST, where applicable.
  • Parking fees and transport expenses are to be borne by participants.
  • Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the event fee and a completed registration form or an email containing relevant registration information.
  • An electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided upon receipt of payment.
  • No amendments can be made after issuance of the electronic invoice.
  • No refunds can be made on event fees, however, a registrant may request for a substitution if he or she is unable to attend.
  • All places are subject to availability and receipt of notification of attendance before the event.
  • We cannot guarantee places on any event.
  • We reserve the right to make changes, including cancellation, and will make all reasonable efforts to notify registrants of the changes as necessary.
  • No responsibility for loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from acting as a result of any of the information in the material can be accepted by the speakers or the organisers.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left at any event venue.
  • We reserve the right to change any of the above terms and conditions without notice.
